Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. oil (1 1/4 c. oil preferred)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 whole eggs
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Sift together sugar, flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Mix well. Add oil, vanilla and eggs.
    Mix well.
    This mixture will be very stiff.
    Add pineapple, carrots and pecans.
    Pour in a greased loaf or tube cake pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until good and brown.
