Teriyaki Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. boneless pot roast or chuck
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt, pepper and curry powder.
    Dredge meat in seasoned flour.
    Brown in shortening.
    Pour off drippings.
    Add water, honey, soy sauce and ginger.
    Cover tightly and cook slowly for 3 to 3 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0 or until meat is tender.
    Add 3/4 cup water to cooking liquid; add 1/4 cup flour to make gravy.
