Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. zucchini, sliced raw
    6 to 8 slices white bread
    1/2 c. cheese, grated
    2 eggs
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Cook zucchini slices in water.
    Use part of water in casserole.
    Break up bread.
    Mix together and bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
    Add more grated cheese 3/4 cup and let melt.
