Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. raw, unpeeled shrimp
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. flour
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 medium bell peppers, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    3 medium tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 bay leaf
    seafood seasoning
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Boil shrimp with the seafood seasoning to taste for 12 minutes.
    Let soak in same water for 1/2 hour.
    Peel shrimp.
