Tomato-Yogurt Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 1/4 c. yogurt
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper
    parsley (for garnish)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except parsley.
    Chill.
    Serve chilled in a bowl sitting in a larger bowl of ice cubes.
    Garnish.
