School House Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. dry milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. melted shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    bread flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast with 1/2 cup warm water; set aside. Combine dry milk and add 1 1/2 cups warm water, sugar and shortening. Stir well. Add yeast and stir. Add enough flour to make like paste. Let rise 45 minutes. Then add salt and enough flour to make dough. Roll out, cut and let rise 1 hour or more. Bake at 425\u00b0 until brown. Brush with butter.
