Wild Rice Garden Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cooked wild rice
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (14 oz.) small jar spaghetti sauce
    2 c. carrots, cut in strips
    2 c. zucchini, cut in 1/4-inch slices
    2 c. broccoli, cut in 1/2 to 1-inch pieces
    8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Boil carrots, zucchini and broccoli, 5 to 7 minutes or until desired tenderness.
    Drain.
