Pea Pickin' Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box Duncan Hines cake mix
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges
1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 pkg. Dream Whip or 1 large container Cool Whip
1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 large can drained crushed pineapple

Preparation

Mix cake mix, eggs, mandarin oranges and Crisco oil together. Bake in layer pans.
Let cool thoroughly.
Take Dream Whip or Cool Whip.
Add vanilla pudding mix.
Stir in crushed pineapple. Spread on cake.
Place in refrigerator for a while before cutting. This is a cool, light dessert that is delicious.
