Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. half and half cream
1 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
dash of nutmeg
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Pour into pie dish.
Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Use a 9 1/2 x 2-inch scalloped foil pan or a 9 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate.
