Saute Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. white mushrooms
    2 to 6 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    1 medium white peeled onion
    white Zinfandel and ReaLemon juice
Preparation
    Heat saute pan; add olive oil along with garlic and thinly diced onion.
    Saute until onion is transparent.
    Add mushrooms; saute for 1 to 2 minutes, then season with salt to taste.
    Cover and continue cooking 3 to 5 minutes.
    Add wine and lemon juice; cover and simmer for 1 minute.
    Serve and enjoy.
