Beef Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. sweet sake or dry sherry
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 lb. boneless beef tenderloin or sirloin, cut into thin strips
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce, sake or sherry, sugar, mustard and garlic. Add meat to marinade and let stand at least 15 minutes at room temperature.
