Crunchy Beef Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. corkscrew noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed or diced tomatoes (with liquid)
    3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (2.8 oz.) can French-fried onions
Preparation
    Cook noodles as directed on package. Meanwhile, brown ground beef with green pepper and garlic until beef is browned and green pepper is tender; drain. Drain noodles; combine with beef mixture, soup, tomatoes, salt and cheese. Spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. Uncover; top with French-fried onions and bake 5 minutes longer. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
