Molded Lemon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large or 2 small lemon jello
    1 3/4 c. boiling water
    1 3/4 c. cold water
    1 can drained crushed pineapple
    1 jar pimento, cut up
    1/2 pt. whipped cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Preparation
    Mix jello with boiling water, then add cold water.
    When cool, add pineapple and pimento.
    Then mix in whipped cream and cream cheese.
    Pour into large jello mold and refrigerate until set.
