Greek-Style Macaroni Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can (6 oz.) tomato juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion.
    Drain off fat.
    Stir in next 3 ingredients; set aside.
