Cabbage Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 can diced tomatoes (large can)
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies (medium)
1 large onion, diced
4 potatoes, peeled and diced
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 stick butter
1 small head cabbage
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onions. Add cabbage, tomatoes, Ro-Tel, potatoes, butter, salt and pepper. Stir and let simmer until done.
