Pudpreu Varn (Pot Pree A Wane)(From A Thailand Visitor) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. steamed rice
    2 large frying chickens
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    2 onions, cut in 1/2-inch slices
    1/3 c. Port wine
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 clove garlic, pulverized
    1 pkg. frozen green peas
    1 large can mushrooms, drained
    8 large green onions, cut in 1-inch slices
    2 large tomatoes, sliced thinly lengthwise
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cut chicken from bones.
    Cut into bite size pieces and set aside.
    Crack chicken bones, add some skin and stew 45 to 60 minutes in 6 cups salted water.
