Cream Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. white pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Scald milk and add butter and seasoning; thickens with flour which has been mixed with a little cold water.
    Thin with boiling water and boil 2 minutes.
