Chicken Bog - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 hen, tendered and picked off bone
5 c. Uncle Ben's rice
10 c. broth from hen
Preparation

Bring to a boil; simmer 20 minutes.
Let set on stove and cut off.
When cooking chicken, add 2 onions and season to taste (salt and pepper).
If you want puffier rice, add a little more broth.
