Brown Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice
1 can French onion soup
1 can beef broth
1 stick margarine (may use 1/2 stick)
1 can mushrooms (optional)
Preparation

Mix ingredients into a casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool for 2 minutes.
Ready to serve.
