Baked Rice Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 c. raisins
    4 eggs
    6 c. milk scalded
    1/3 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1/2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar salt and vanilla.
    Don't overbeat.
    Then slowly add scalded milk while mixing so eggs don't cook.
    Sprinkle top with nutmeg.
    Set bowl in pan of warm water.
    Bake about 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until knife comes out clean when inserted in middle.
