Chicken Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 lb.) chicken, cooked and diced
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 c. chicken broth
    4 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Combine chicken, bread crumbs, rice, onion, salt, green pepper and broth.
    Stir in eggs.
    Bake in 13 x 9-inch greased cake pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
