Shoe Peg Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Shoe Peg corn, drained
    2 stalks celery, diced
    2 c. diced bell pepper
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 small jar chopped pimento
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Drain corn and add diced vegetables.
    Combine sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and pour over vegetables.
    Store in covered container and refrigerate overnight.
    Drain and serve. Keeps well for several days.
