Louise'S Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. sausage
    3 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    2 well beaten eggs
    14 oz. sauerkraut, drained and snipped
    1/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    parsley (optional)
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Cook sausage and onion, drain.
    Add 3 tablespoons bread crumbs and sauerkraut in a bowl.
    Combine cream cheese, mustard, pepper and garlic salt.
    Stir in sausage mixture.
    Chill. Shape into balls; coat each ball in flour, dip in eggs and milk.
    Then roll in bread crumbs.
    Deep fry (takes only a minute or two).
    Freeze when cool.
    Heat in oven for 15 minutes when ready to serve (350\u00b0).
    Makes about 35 to 40.
