Cream Of Celery Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped celery, stalks and leaves
1 slice onion or more
2 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. top milk or cream
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook together vegetables and broth until the vegetables are soft.
Rub through a sieve, without draining, or whirl in an electric blender.
Add 1 1/2 cups cream or top milk.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Heat slowly.
