1 c. (9 oz.) crushed pineapple
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped
9-inch pie crust
Preparation

Combine undrained pineapple, 1/3 c. sugar and cornstarch in sauce pan; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick and clear; cool.
