Apple Kuchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. coconut
1 can sliced apples, drained or 2 1/2 c. fresh
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour cream
1 egg

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cut margarine in cake mix until creamy. Mix in coconut.
Pat mixture lightly into ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan, building sides up.
Bake 10 minutes.
