Canyon Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 (7 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1/2 c. water
    1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 c. Martha White Buttermilk Self-rising corn meal mix
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 egg
    1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease 8 inch square glass baking dish or shallow 2 quart casserole dish.
    Brown meat in large skillet over med. high heat until thoroughly cooked, stirring often.
    Drain and add tomatoes, corn, water and taco seasoning mix; mix well.
    Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
    Pour into greased dish.
