Chicken And Rice Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 broiler/fryer chicken (2 to 3 lb.), cut up
    1/4 to 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 1/2 c. long grain rice
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
    2 1/3 c. water
    chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Dredge chicken pieces in flour.
    In a skillet, heat oil on medium and brown chicken on all sides.
    Meanwhile, combine rice, poultry seasoning, salt, pepper, milk and water.
    Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Top with chicken.
    Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until rice and chicken are tender.
    Sprinkle with parsley before serving. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
