Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1 large can evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs, well beaten
Preparation

Combine sugar, milk, butter, vanilla, nutmeg and eggs.
Grease pie plate and dust with flour for crust.
Pour mixture into pie plate and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 30 to 40 minutes.
