Broccoli Melange - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. olive oil
1 (1 1/2 lb.) bunch broccoli
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)
2 medium tomatoes
1/3 c. sliced almonds
4 slices cooked bacon, chopped (optional)
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

Pour vegetable oil in skillet.
Cut garlic cloves into thin slices.
Add olive oil and garlic to skillet.
Saute until golden brown, stirring constantly with wooden spoon.
Remove garlic from skillet and discard.
