Creamy Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg yolks
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 (6 oz.) pkg. graham cracker crumb pie crust
few drops yellow food coloring (optional)
whipped topping or whipped cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In medium mixing bowl, beat egg yolks. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and food coloring if desired.
Pour into crust.
Bake 8 minutes.
Cool and chill thoroughly.
Top with whipped topping.
Garnish as desired.
