Baked Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white dinner wine
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 lb. fish fillets (halibut, sole, perch)
    fine dry bread crumbs
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream or yogurt or buttermilk
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    paprika
Preparation
    Marinate fish in wine and salt for 2 hours.
    Drain.
    Dip in crumbs.
    Arrange side by side in greased shallow pan.
