Deluxe Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick or 1/2 packet pie crust mix
    2 Tbsp. chopped nuts
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 c. dark corn syrup
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Prepare pastry for 9-inch one-crust pie as directed on package except stir in chopped nuts before adding water.
    In a small mixer bowl, beat eggs, sugar, salt, butter, syrup and cream. Stir in vanilla and pecans.
    Pour into pastry lined pie pan. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until filling is set and pastry is golden brown.
    Cool. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
