Mediterranean Stuffed Potatoes(Using A Basic Marinara Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Marinara Sauce
    4 large baking potatoes
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef or ground turkey
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced (optional)
    1/4 c. sliced black olives
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. low-fat plain yogurt
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Scrub and pierce potatoes.
    Bake in preheated hot oven at 400\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until done.
    Cook meat, onion, garlic, peppers and mushrooms in heavy skillet over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, stirring occasionally to break up meat.
    Add Marinara Sauce, olives and spices.
    Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes to blend flavors.
    Split potatoes lengthwise and press ends together. Fluff centers.
    Top each potato with a serving of meat sauce and top with yogurt.
