Golden Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    2 bunches green onions, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    6 medium potatoes
    2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Bake potatoes in jackets until done.
    Cut them in half and scoop out cooked, cooled potato (save jackets for stuffing). Combine butter and cheese in heavy saucepan over low heat; stir until cheese melts.
    Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, onions, salt and pepper.
    Add cooled potatoes; stir.
    Place mixture in potato jackets.
    Place in pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
