Moma'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. potatoes (Red Bliss are my favorite)
    6 stalks chopped celery
    1 large chopped green pepper
    1 medium chopped onion (optional)
    2 large red tomatoes
    3 chopped hard-cooked eggs
    2 Tbsp. sweet pickle chips
    salt
    pepper
    Dukes mayonnaise
    3 cubes beef bouillon
Preparation
    Peel and dice potatoes into small, bite-sized pieces.
    Boil potatoes in water flavored with beef bouillon.
    Do not overcook. Drain and cool potatoes.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Mix together with mayonnaise.
    Garnish with tomato and green pepper.
