Toasted Chicken Rounds - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. diced chicken
2 crumbled, crisp bacon slices
2 or 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. minced celery
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
paprika
8 to 10 slices fresh white bread

Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients; mix well.
Trim crusts from bread.
Lightly butter each slice, then spread with about 1 tablespoon chicken mixture; sprinkle with paprika.
Roll and wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate.
When ready to serve, slice each roll crosswise into 4 or 5 slices.
Toast under broiler on each side.
Serve hot.
