Rice And Tuna Fish Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 c. water
    1 can mixed vegetables and juice
    1 can tuna fish in oil
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown onions in butter in a large pot until tender.
    Add rice and water.
    Cook until rice is done.
    Then add rest of ingredients and let simmer for 2 minutes.
    Stir frequently.
