Cream Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese (room temperature)
    seasoned salt to taste
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Mix in a large bowl the cream cheese, salt, pineapple and 1/4 cup pecans.
    Roll into a ball.
    Roll ball in remaining pecans, until well coated, and chill 1 hour.
    Serve with your favorite cracker; mine is Ritz.
