Microwave Chunky Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon, cut in eighths
    3 medium potatoes, 1/2-inch cubes
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. water
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 c. milk, divided
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Microwave bacon
    in
    covered
    2 quart casserole dish on High for 5
    to
    6
    minutes
    or
    until
    browned.\tDrain and add potatoes, celery,
    onion,
    water and pepper.
    Cover and microwave on High
    for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring once. Combine 1/2 cup milk and
    flour until smooth.
    Stir this mixture, salt and remaining milk
    into potatoes.
    Microwave, uncovered, on High for 7 to
    10 minutes or until thickened; stir twice.
    Makes 1 quart.
