Kathy'S Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
2 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix flour and
sugar.
Bring
margarine, cocoa, oil and water to a boil.
Add this mixture to flour and sugar mixture. Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla to first mixture.
Pour into three 9-inch pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
