Shipwreck Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 medium potatoes, sliced
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
Preparation
    Brown meat in skillet, stirring until crumbly.
    Drain.
    Spread potatoes and onion in 2-quart baking dish.
    Layer pork and beans and browned meat over potatoes and onion.
    Spoon soup over layers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour (11 x 7-inch dish).
