Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. plain flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. warm water
2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. shortening
1 pkg. yeast
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients; dissolve yeast in the warm water. Mix with dry ingredients.
Add all other ingredients.
Roll out on floured board and cut into biscuits.
Place in pan, making sure each biscuit touches the other.
Brush with melted butter.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
