Ingredients

1/2 tsp. nutmeg or cinnamon
4 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix together.
Bake in slow oven (300\u00b0) for 2 1/2 hours until rice is tender.
Stir several times during first 1/2 hour.
