Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope dry soup mix (onion, beef, etc.)
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. plain bread crumbs
    1/2 c. Quaker oatmeal
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Shape mixture into a firm loaf; place in glass loaf or small baking dish and bake 40 to 45 minutes.
