Cranberry Fruit Mini-Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. Wheat Chex bran cereal, crushed to 1/2 c.
    2/3 c. packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 or 2 dashes nutmeg
    1 1/3 c. whole cranberry sauce
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/3 c. each: raisins and chopped pecans
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 3 (5 x 3 x 2-inch) mini loaf pans.
    Combine flour, cereal, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg in a bowl.
    Combine cranberry sauce, orange juice, raisins, pecans, egg, oil and orange peel in a separate bowl.
    Add to dry ingredients, stirring until just moistened.
