German Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salad oil
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    4 c. sliced and peeled apples
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine eggs and oil in mixing bowl.
    Beat until foamy.
    Beat in sugar.
    Add vanilla.
    Add flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
    Add flour mixture to batter; mix with a spoon.
    Add apples and nuts. Spread into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
