Food For The Angel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    50 Ritz crackers
    1 1/2 c. walnuts
    6 egg whites, beaten stiff
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 pt. whipping cream
    cherries and coconut
Preparation
    Crush Ritz crackers and walnuts together.
    Beat egg whites stiff; gradually add sugar.
    Add crackers and nuts.
    Put in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool.
    Spread whipping cream over cooled pan.
    Decorate with cherries and coconut.
