Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 eggs
3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 pkg. smoky link sausage or 1/2 c. chopped ham
1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, drained
1/4 c. green onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1 unbaked 10-inch pie shell
Preparation

In a blender or processor combine all of the ingredients except pie shell.
Pour mixture into pie shell.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake for 35 to 45 minutes, until done.
