Cheesed Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower
    1/3 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    3/4 c. shredded sharp process cheese
Preparation
    Remove leaves and trim base from cauliflower.
    Wash.
    Cook in boiling salt water for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
    Drain. Place in ungreased shallow baking pan.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Mix mayonnaise and prepared mustard; spread over cauliflower.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    Serves 4 to 5.
